Because of the profitability of the project the Directors have allowed Foundation Unit Holders to enjoy a generous 24% return to reach full subscription by the 30 September 2016. In the unlikely event the full subscription is not reached by 30 September 2016, then the Unit Trust opportunity will no longer be offered and the project will proceed with traditional bank site and construction funding and Director’s equity.
